Identify an outsider group at our school or in our community.  What are some of the ways they seem to stand out or be different?  What are some of the ways they are made to feel unwelcome?  What practical suggestions do you have to help others make these outsiders feel like they belong?  Describe and activity that can be done to promote understanding and acceptance.
